For Harley-Davidson Collections’ 2026 Summer campaign, Served Hot: T-Shirt Archive, NXN built a full campaign in 13 days. Behind the project was Arden AI, NXN’s operating system for modern creative production.

Starting from product images alone, the system turned an active product assortment into on-model campaign visuals, a 20-second film, and commerce-ready assets, while preserving Harley-Davidson’s brand DNA and garment details

The Starting Point

Harley-Davidson’s Served Hot: T-Shirt Archive started with T-shirts already in the Harley-Davidson Collections lineup, which had already launched and run their marketing.

The question was how to turn them into a summer campaign in 13 days, one that could carry Harley-Davidson’s world of American roads, machinery, freedom, and rebellion, without losing the garment details or brand codes.

What Arden AI Enabled

Harley-Davidson Collections’ product images became the starting point for the campaign. Because Arden AI reads each garment at the SKU level, the T-shirts could be placed into the spaces that make up Harley-Davidson’s world — diners, backrooms, street corners, motorcycle-led scenes — carrying the brand’s codes of American roads, machinery, freedom, and rebellion through every setting.

Within that world, the campaign was built across models of different ethnicities and genders, each in distinct styling, poses, and compositions. Through all of it, the garment held — graphic placement undistorted, fabric weight present, fit accurate to the product.

From there, the approved imagery became the source for a 20-second film and secondary channel assets — without a new concept or a separate production setup.

Why It Matters

In 13 days, Served Hot: T-Shirt Archive delivered 11 campaign cuts and a 20-second film, each made from Harley-Davidson’s creative direction alone.

This was possible because Arden AI turned that direction into something the team could work with directly. Built to read garment data and brand codes together, it moved the brief out of verbal notes and into images the team could see, compare, and refine — so a single creative line could extend across formats without losing the details of each garment.

In a traditional workflow, every new format adds another layer of production. Here, campaign imagery, film, and commerce assets came out of one system, without restarting for each use case. That expanded what Harley-Davidson Collections could actually take to market — not one hero image, but assets ready for DTC, distribution partners, and social.

For brands, that coverage is the point. More content across more touchpoints gives each product more room to be seen in the right context, tested across channels, and carried toward conversion.
